The Lawn Sign Module contains numerous features that will make it easier for your organization to solicit supporters for lawns and to keep track of the locations of your lawn signs.

Sign Management Console

The centerpiece of the Lawn Sign Module is the Sign Management Console.  You can easily import any prior lawn sign list your organization may have from any other commonly used software.  You can also create a list of prospects by importing the names and phone numbers of, say, fellow party members from your registered voter list.

From the Sign Management Console, your staff or volunteers can easily send a letter or post card to previous lawn sign supporters to introduce your candidates in the upcoming election and request their permission to place signs on their properties again.  The console also makes it easy to call lawn sign prospects and keep track of their responses. Colored icons track the status of each prospect, which helps to keep your staff’s efforts organized and to track their progress.

The sign locations can be assigned to as many sign installation routes as you designate, making it easy to organize the installation of signs by your staff or volunteers.  A map of each sign route can be automatically generated to make the installation process as easy for your volunteers as possible.

This same mapping function helps identify locations where your sign presence needs to be increased.

After the election, the console enables you to easily send out thank you notes or letters to each property owner who supported your campaign by placing a sign on their lawn.

Online Lawn Sign Sign-Up Page

The system automatically creates a Lawn sign Sign-up page on your campaign website, which enables your supporters to sign up for a lawn sign on line.  This page can be set to display the number of properties where your signs are located.  It also can be set to include a link so that visitors to your site can view a map depicting where each of your signs is located.

Sign Installation and Maintenance Tools

The system enables you to easily keep up with additional sign requests, or replace signs that are damaged by the elements or vandals.  For example, after the initial installation of your signs, whenever a request for a new sign or a replacement sign is receive, a simple click of a mouse will send a text message to the cell phone of a staff member or volunteer with a request that a sign be installed or replaced at that address.
