One-Click Electronic Voter Checklists for Challengers

The software generates electronic District Voter Lists for challengers in each voting district. The electronic lists are accessed via laptops either provided by the challengers, or borrowed or rented for the day.  As each voter’s name is announced by the election official, the challenger simply scrolls down the list for that district (or uses the quick search box), and locates the voter’s name.  One click and the voter is checked off the list, and the time of his automatically vote recorded to the voter’s file.

Voter data can be uploaded as often as you wish.  Data on off-line laptops can be uploaded manually using handy UBS memory devices and uploaded to PolitiSoft.com via any computer with internet access.  Laptops equipped with “Air Cards” can upload their data directly.

The more often the data is uploaded, the more current and accurate your knowledge of who has already voted, and the more efficient your phone bank and GOTV operations. 

On-Line Phone Bank Screens

The days of paper phone bank lists with scribbled notes and having to find locations with lots of available phone lines are over. PolitiSoft.com enables even the smallest campaign to use the same-style online calling technology that statewide and national campaigns use.

Your staff or volunteers simply log on to your organization’s PolitiSoft account viat any internet accessible computer, including from their own home.  They can then access your customized phone bank lists and preferences for Election Day.  For example, you can focus your phone banks early in the day on those voters who have a less than 100% voting history, provide unique scripts for your callers to use with certain voters, or even automatically assign certain voter groups to certain phone bank volunteers (e.g., senior citizen voters to senior citizen volunteers, etc.).

The phone bank screen contains simple boxes for collecting information. For example, if a person needs a ride to the polls, a text message or email is automatically sent to an assigned volunteer. When the call is completed, the “Next Voter Household” button is clicked and the process starts again.   When there is no answer at a phone number, that household is automatically added to the end of the call list.

Because the call-lists are accessed in real-time via the internet, callers will rarely encounter a voter who has already voted.  That’s because as voting district challengers upload their District Voter Lists throughout the course of the day, the online Phone Bank lists are automatically updated to remove voters who have already voted, saving your phone bank workers valuable time.

Similarly, as a Phone Bank volunteer encounters a negative voter, a simple one-click entry updates the person’s PolitiSoft.com file, immediately removing that household from your GOTV Walking Lists.

PolitiSoft’s software enables GOTV walking lists to be generated in a sector-by-sector walking list format, to minimize confusion and make the most efficient use of your field workers on Election Day.

Because PolitiSoft is web-accessible, updated walking lists can even be printed out remotely in the field at the homes of supporters.
