Email Address Builder

This feature enables you to collect email addresses from supporters. The system automatically creates a page on your website where visitors can add their own email addresses and those of friends. In addition, the system enables you to send an email to any person who joins your site, inviting them to contribute the email addresses of their friends and neighbors as well.

Email List Maker

Your email addresses can be easily organized into as many groups or categories as you want.  You can assign an email address to as many groups as you want because the system will not send the same email to the same email address more than once.

Email Blaster

Quickly compose emails to respond to issues your opponents raise, and to send talking points to your supporters so they are armed with the facts they need. You can easily incorporate hyper-text links or images in your email blasts.

Correspondence Generator

Send automatically-addressed letters, flats and postcards, or generate email lists, for those registered voters you select, based on whatever criteria you designate.

The system enables you to target or customize your correspondence by neighborhood, interest or issue category you have created in the PolitiSoft Voter ID Database.
