PolitiSoft’s software is designed to integrate with two websites, which are included with your PolitiSoft subscription: your organization’s year-round website, and your candidates’ campaign websites. With PolitiSoft’s Content Management System, no web programming experience is needed to maintain or update these sites or to add content. In addition, your sites will come pre-programmed with numerous interactive screens that use i-frame technology to enable your supporters to contribute on-line, volunteer to help, or provide you with their email addresses and those of their friends and family members. 

Personnel and Staff Accounts

The system enables you to add unlimited administrator and staff members to your account. Each time a staff member is added, a system-generated email is automatically sent to the person with a temporary password and an invitation to access their account.

Staff can be signed to whichever groups you create (e.g, phone banks, GOTV, voter registration, etc.), making it easy to schedule meetings, send out email updates, etc.

Online Campaign Calendar

The online Campaign Calendar enables your entire staff to keep up to date on important meeting dates and deadlines. Each event or deadline can be assigned privacy levels. For example, a local debate event could be listed as an appearance on the public calendar, which would automatically post it to the calendar and visible to visitors to your website. A candidate prep meeting before the debate would be designated as “Staff,” and would be visible only to those staff members with password access to your account. Candidates own schedules and inner circle meetings could be designated as “private,” and would be accessible only to the candidates and senior staff of the campaign. The calendar includes other features as well. For example, adding a fundraiser event to the calendar automatically launches the invitation builder, which enables you to quickly prepare an electronic invitation.

Volunteer Sign-Up Screen

The Volunteer Sign-Up module is customizable by the user. You can create any category of campaign help, and include a description of the work to be performed. The sign up page appears in an I-frame on your campaign website, where supporters can sign up to help in as many ways as they want.
