Senate Report Links Prisoner Deaths to Bush’s Torture Policy

The Senate Armed Service Committee report released last week officially concluded that the murder of two prisoners held at Bagram airbase in Afghanistan in December 2002 were a direct result of the Bush administration’s “advanced interrogation” policies. In other words, the prisoners were tortured to death.
